INNOVATION OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF BUSINESS IN WAR CONDITIONS
Abstract
Introduction. The impact of war on the activities of the enterprise is considered, which causes the transformation of traditional models of corporate behavior, stimulating business to search for new forms of social interaction and to introduce innovative practices in the field of social responsibility., which actualizes the topic of the study. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and conceptualize the innovativeness of business social responsibility processes in war conditions, to identify its important functions in ensuring the stability of society and the economy. The article uses methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction to determine the importance of business social responsibility in war conditions. Results. The article examines the essence and features of the innovativeness of business social responsibility processes in war conditions. It is shown that the innovativeness of social responsibility is not only a tool for supporting society and restoring socio-economic stability, but also a strategic resource for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. The article focuses on the importance of rapid business response to the challenges of martial law, digital solutions and partnership models of interaction with stakeholders. It is determined that the integration of the principles of social responsibility and innovation into corporate strategies allows enterprises to transform crisis conditions into opportunities for sustainable development and social progress. Conclusion. Based on the research conducted, it was found that in the conditions of a war economy, the social responsibility of business in Ukraine acquires an innovative and functional character, transforming from a reputational tool into a mechanism of economic and social stability for the state. The examples of Ukrainian companies show that social initiatives are no longer an additional element of corporate policy, but are becoming an organic part of its business model. Business social responsibility is one of the factors of economic growth of the enterprise in the long term, which will allow it to achieve its goals and ensure sustainable development in conditions of instability.
