THE CONCEPT OF A BREAKTHROUGH MODEL OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY
Abstract
The article notes that the role of intellectual capital in the agricultural sector has increased significantly in recent years, which is associated with global changes in the economy, technology and ecology. It is argued that the breakthrough development model is a concept used to determine the strategy for the future development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy, which takes into account new challenges of the present and predicts the future, since it is based on predicting changes, analyzing the current state and identifying possible trends, the concept of a breakthrough model for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy, which takes into account new challenges of the present and predicts the future, is substantiated. The concept of a breakthrough model for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy is advisable to use due to its ability to adapt to changes and anticipate challenges for the strategic perspective for market forecasting, development of new products, technologies, environmental protection programs, use of natural resources, identification of potential opportunities and risks, implementation of innovative solutions, formation of a strategic development roadmap taking into account socio-economic, climatic, technological and political factors and alternative scenarios of potential changes in the future. Its differences from traditional approaches to building models, implementation stages, advantages and risks are outlined. It is noted that the construction and implementation of a breakthrough model for the development of intellectual capital in the digital economy for agricultural enterprises according to the proposed concept is an important step in increasing their adaptability, flexibility, sustainability, competitiveness, and activation of innovation processes, which will ensure an increase in their efficiency, productivity, and safety. However, for the successful implementation of this process, it is necessary to carefully assess all the benefits and risks, as well as develop measures to minimize them.
