ЕКОНОМІЧНА ДИПЛОМАТІЯ У ФОРМУВАННІ ПОЛІТИКИ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ ТРАНСПОРТНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ УКРАЇНИ І ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ
Анотація
Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю посилення ролі економічної дипломатії у формуванні ефективної політики сталого розвитку транспортної галузі України в умовах поглиблення євроінтеграції та трансформації європейського транспортного простору. У статті проаналізовано підходи Європейського Союзу та України до реалізації політики сталого розвитку транспорту через механізми економічної дипломатії. Визначено особливості дипломатичної взаємодії у різних сегментах транспорту, зокрема в автомобільних і залізничних перевезеннях, з урахуванням екологічних вимог, цифровізації та інституційної гармонізації з Європейським Союзом. Обґрунтовано ключові напрями модернізації транспортного сектору України в контексті реалізації політики сталого розвитку, зміцнення його конкурентоспроможності та інтеграції до європейського транспортного простору в сучасних умовах.
