ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ІМПЛЕМЕНТАЦІЇ ESG-ПРИНЦИПІВ У ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНУ ПОЛІТИКУ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано інтеграцію ESG принципів у політику забезпечення енергетичної безпеки України в умовах воєнних ризиків, євроінтеграції та відновлення. ESG розглянуто як методологію оцінювання державних рішень і проєктів (цілі–індикатори–інструменти). Запропоновано трирівневу модель імплементації (стратегічний, регуляторний, проєктно операційний рівні) та відповідні інструменти. За результатами бібліометричного аналізу (VOSviewer) ідентифіковано кластери досліджень на перетині ESG і енергобезпеки та описано траєкторії впливу, що підкреслюють роль сталого фінансування й інституційної спроможності. Наукова новизна полягає у поєднанні трирівневої моделі з мапуванням наукового дискурсу, що дозволяє обґрунтувати напрями регуляторних змін. Результати формують рамку ESG вимог для відбору та моніторингу проєктів відновлення енергетичної інфраструктури.
