ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ ФІНАНСОВОЇ ТА КЛІМАТИЧНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ У ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ АГРАРНОГО СЕКТОРУ УКРАЇНИ: КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНА МОДЕЛЬ ФІНАНСОВОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню теоретичних і прикладних засад інтеграції фінансової та кліматичної політики у забезпеченні сталого розвитку аграрного сектору України. Встановлено, що зміна клімату формує фінансові ризики для аграрного виробництва та потребує формування ефективного механізму фінансового забезпечення адаптації. Визначено ключові проблеми фінансового забезпечення кліматичної адаптації, зокрема недостатню інтеграцію кліматичних аспектів у фінансову політику та обмежений розвиток інструментів кліматичного фінансування. Розроблено концептуальну модель фінансового механізму забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного сектору, яка включає інституційний та інструментальний компоненти. Практичне значення результатів полягає у можливості їх використання при формуванні державної фінансової політики та програм підтримки аграрного сектору.
