СТРАТЕГІЇ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ КРАЇН: МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ДОСВІД ТА КРАЩІ ПРАКТИКИ

Анотація

У статті проведено компаративний аналіз успішних національних стратегій сталого розвитку з метою систематизації інструментів досягнення окремих Цілей сталого розвитку. Ідентифіковано ключові детермінанти ефективності реалізації таких стратегій та сформульовано науково обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо адаптації міжнародного досвіду в Україні. Показано, що скандинавські країни демонструють найвищі показники сталого розвитку завдяки системній інтеграції економічних, соціальних та екологічних стратегічних цілей. Виявлено ефективність екологічної політики Коста-Ріки у відновленні лісового покриву та нарощуванні потужностей переробки відходів; успішність антибідністної стратегії Руанди; унікальний статус Бутану як єдиної держави з негативним вуглецевим балансом. Результати дослідження формують науково обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо імплементації принципів сталого розвитку в стратегію постконфліктного відновлення України, враховуючи специфіку національного контексту.
