ФІНАНСОВО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ МЕХАНІЗМИ СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ СОЛІДАРНОГО ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто фінансово-економічні механізми стимулювання розвитку солідарного туризму в Україні в умовах післявоєнного відновлення. Обґрунтовано значення солідарного туризму як інструмента соціальної згуртованості, підтримки локальних економік та розширення можливостей для громад. Проаналізовано ключові механізми фінансування гранти, субсидії, пільгові кредити, податкові стимули, соціальні інвестиції та револьвінгові фонди, а також наведено приклади їх застосування в українській і міжнародній практиці. Визначено, що комплексне використання цих інструментів сприятиме формуванню стійкої моделі розвитку солідарного туризму, підвищенню зайнятості, покращенню якості життя населення та відновленню територій. Акцентовано на необхідності посилення участі громад та інтеграції інноваційних підходів у фінансування туристичних ініціатив, що підвищує ефективність реалізації соціально орієнтованих проєктів.
