ЕКОСИСТЕМНІ СТРАТЕГІЇ БІЗНЕСУ: КЛАСИФІКАЦІЯ ТА ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ ВИБОРУ
Анотація
В роботі запропоновано класифікацію екосистемних стратегій бізнесу за різними критеріями. Уточнено сутність і складові бізнес-екосистеми та екосистемної стратегії. Розкрито механізми створення цінності та розвитку цифрових екосистем. Визначено критерії класифікації екосистемних стратегій (цілі компанії, тип екосистеми, вектор її розвитку, роль компанії в екосистемі). Ідентифіковано два типи екосистемних стратегій: оркестратора (стратегія екосистеми) та учасника (участі в екосистемі). Відповідно до них класифіковано та охарактеризовано основні види стратегій, розглянуто особливості вибору стратегічних альтернатив. Особливу увагу приділено стратегіям закритих і відкритих екосистем (стратегії оркестратора), мінімально життєздатного сліду, мультихоумінгу та єдиної екосистеми (стратегії учасника).
