СТРАТЕГІЯ ПОГЛИБЛЕННЯ ВНУТРІШНЬОЇ ПЕРЕРОБКИ ЯК УМОВА ЗМІЦНЕННЯ ЛАНЦЮГА ВАРТОСТІ АГРОПРОДУКЦІЇ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню стратегічних напрямів поглиблення внутрішньої переробки аграрної сировини як ключового чинника зміцнення національного ланцюга вартості. Акцентовано, що домінування сировинної орієнтації експорту є головним структурним бар’єром, що спричиняє значні втрати доданої вартості агропродукції. Обґрунтовано необхідність переходу до інтегрованої моделі розвитку ланцюгів вартості, заснованої на кластеризації та кооперації виробників з переробними потужностями. З метою подолання високої капіталомісткості проєктів переробки та інвестиційних ризиків запропоновано модель спеціалізованого фінансового стимулювання, яка передбачає цільове спрямування фінансових ресурсів від державних і міжнародних фондів на проєкти, що відповідають ключовим критеріям: орієнтація на високу додану вартість, інтеграція через кооперацію та гармонізація стандартів якості ЄС.
