УПРАВЛІННЯ КЛІМАТИЧНИМИ РИЗИКАМИ ЧЕРЕЗ СОЦІАЛЬНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ У СІЛЬСЬКИХ ГРОМАДАХ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі управління кліматичними ризиками в аграрному секторі шляхом інтеграції механізмів соціального забезпечення. Розкрито вплив кліматичних змін на добробут сільського населення, продовольчу безпеку та стабільність аграрного виробництва. Обґрунтовано необхідність посилення інституційної спроможності органів влади у формуванні адаптаційної політики, яка враховує соціальні наслідки кліматичних катастроф. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до страхування врожаїв, підтримки вразливих груп населення, надання адресної допомоги та розвитку інфраструктури. Визначено перспективи використання цифрових технологій, прогнозування ризиків і формування раннього реагування. Наголошено на важливості міжнародного співробітництва, обміну досвідом і впровадження сталих практик соціального захисту в умовах зростаючої кліматичної нестабільності.
