САНКЦІЙНИЙ КОМПЛАЄНС У СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ БЕЗПЕКОЮ ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ: СУЧАСНІ ВИКЛИКИ ТА ІННОВАЦІЙНІ МОЖЛИВОСТІ
Анотація
У статті досліджено вплив санкційної політики, включно з первинними та вторинними санкціями, а також ризиками відмивання коштів і фінансування тероризму, на безпекове середовище логістичних підприємств. Узагальнено теоретичні та практичні підходи до впровадження санкційного комплаєнсу з урахуванням міжнародних стандартів і передового досвіду. Обґрунтовано застосування сучасних інформаційних технологій та методів OSINT для моніторингу й аналізу санкційних ризиків. Запропоновано системну модель інноваційних можливостей санкційного комплаєнсу, визначено напрями державно-приватного партнерства у сфері безпеки логістичних компаній. Проведено класифікацію ризиків і визначено ключові критерії їх виявлення, окреслено напрями державно-приватного партнерства у сфері безпеки логістичних компаній.
