ЗМІНИ В ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ МІЖНАРОДНИХ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ ТА ДІЇ МІР ДЕРЖАВНОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ТОРГІВЛІ ЯК НАСЛІДОК ГЛОБАЛЬНИХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто проблематику ефективності міжнародних економічних організацій та мір державного регулювання торгівлі в контексті сучасних міжнародних економічних відносин. Особливу увагу звернено на фактори торгівельної взаємозалежності та інші ефекти, які сформувалися внаслідок глобальних трансформацій світової економіки. Проаналізовано проблему надмірної залежності організацій від рішень сторін, що є зацікавленими в ескалації та затягненні конфліктів. Проведено дослідження проблематики окремих організацій та першопричин факторів, що негативно впливають на ефективність їх діяльності. Досліджено концепт ірраціональних акторів у контексті реалістичної теорії міжнародних економічних відносин. Дано загальну оцінку впливу ірраціональності розвинутих представників міжнародних економічних відносин на роботу міжнародних організацій та функціонал міжнародного права. Запропоновано підґрунтя для змін функціоналу міжнародних економічних організацій, які могли б сприяти підвищенню ефективності та забезпеченню врівноваження негативних ефектів ірраціональних рішень та економічно-дипломатичної ескалації.
