INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT FACTORS OF FORMATION OF HIGH ADDED VALUE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MODERN ECONOMY
Abstract
The article explores the innovation and investment factors of high added value formation in the conditions of a modern economy characterized by high dynamism, digitalization and increased global competition. The essence of the enterprise’s innovation activity is revealed, its key features are identified, in particular, the orientation towards the introduction of new technologies, products and management solutions, as well as its role in ensuring sustainable competitive advantages. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the relationship between innovation processes and the attraction of investment resources, which is implemented through mechanisms for financing innovations, infrastructure development, technology transfer and the formation of human capital. It is substantiated that the effective integration of innovation and investment components is a determining factor in productivity growth, improving product quality and creating high added value. The impact of investment and innovation processes on the structural modernization of enterprises, their adaptation to changes in the market environment and ensuring long-term economic development is analyzed. Key barriers and incentives for the activation of innovation and investment activity are identified. It is proven that the development of innovation and investment activity is accompanied by a number of significant problems and barriers. In particular, one of the key obstacles is limited access to financial resources, which is especially acutely felt among small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises. The high cost of loans, insufficient level of state support and imperfection of financial instruments hinder the activation of investment processes. A conceptual model of added value formation is proposed, which is based on the systemic interaction of investment flows and innovative solutions, takes into account the influence of external and internal factors and is aimed at the optimal use of resources. The implementation of the proposed approach allows to increase the efficiency of the functioning of enterprises and ensure their sustainable development in the conditions of economic transformation.
