IMPROVING ANALYTICAL AND FORECASTING SUPPORT FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF FINANCING AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES' DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive examination of the theoretical and methodological principles underpinning the enhancement of analytical and forecasting support in the management of financing agricultural enterprise development. Emphasis is placed on the sector-specific characteristics of the agrarian economy, including its inherent seasonality, vulnerability to climatic fluctuations, and structural limitations in accessing long-term capital. The study argues for the integration of advanced financial analysis tools and predictive modeling techniques to improve the precision, adaptability, and strategic relevance of managerial decision-making in the agricultural sector, particularly under conditions of economic instability and market volatility. A key contribution of the research lies in the development of an adaptive financial planning model that incorporates scenario-based forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and risk-adjusted performance metrics. This model is designed to reflect the dynamic nature of agricultural production cycles and investment flows, enabling enterprise managers to better anticipate financial outcomes and mitigate sector-specific risks. The proposed framework facilitates the formulation of resilient financial strategies that align with both short-term operational needs and long-term development objectives. Furthermore, the article explores the transformative potential of digital technologies and data-driven approaches in strengthening the analytical capabilities of agricultural enterprises. It outlines a methodological toolkit for evaluating financial sustainability and investment attractiveness, which can serve as a foundation for optimizing capital structure, enhancing creditworthiness, and expanding access to external financing. The study also underscores the importance of institutional support and policy alignment in fostering an enabling environment for financial innovation and strategic planning in agribusiness. The findings contribute to the advancement of a more robust and responsive financial management system in agriculture, capable of supporting sustainable growth, technological modernization, and socio-economic development in rural areas. The practical implications of the research are relevant to enterprise executives, financial analysts, policymakers, and stakeholders engaged in the design and implementation of agricultural development programs, offering actionable insights for improving financial resilience and competitiveness in the agrarian sector.
