CONSTRUCTION LOGISTICS KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE INFORMATION ECONOMY: PREREQUISITES AND DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL

Abstract

The article explores the evolution of logistics as an independent scientific direction, characterized by high dynamics of development and innovative potential, caused by the transition of the economy to an information-intellectual model. It is determined that the actualization and complication of construction logistics are associated with changes in the organization of production, new technologies and modernization of transport and warehouse support. It is analyzed that scientists are actively researching the improvement of logistics in the conditions of digitalization, involving the achievements of science and technology and the application of artificial intelligence. Different views on logistics as management support, optimal organization of processes, minimization of delivery time and integration of transport and production activities are presented. It is outlined that the active spread of logistics is facilitated by integrated processes of development of science, practice and technologies. It is proved that globalization processes are changing to regionalization, requiring innovative solutions from construction logistics that take into account the localization of production and resistance to external shocks. It is substantiated that the internationalization of business and changes in the international division of labor, including the return to tariff policy, require increased flexibility of logistics systems and the development of local supply networks. It is actualized that information progress and the widespread distribution of telecommunication networks are radically changing the paradigm of conducting economic activity, making logistics impossible outside of digital platforms. It is systematized that the potential for the development of logistics is due to the spread of information logistics and the introduction of artificial intelligence, which leads to comprehensive optimization of the industry and growth of business potential. It is formulated that energy logistics is a key direction in providing energy resources, especially for the construction sector through Power-to-X technologies and logistics clusters. It is proven that this leads to a reduction in the cost burden on transportation and an increase in overall productivity. It has been determined that construction logistics is transitioning to a knowledge management model that creates jobs, stimulates educational programs, and increases the competitiveness of enterprises, increasing the country's managerial and economic potential.
