Key factors for ensuring the transition to a resilient Smart model of development for Ukraine's economic system have been identified at the macro, meso, and micro levels. The conditions necessary for this transition have been examined, along with indicators necessary to evaluate the economic system’s transition to a resilient Smart development model across all levels. The tools for transforming Ukraine’s economic system within the framework of developing a resilient smart economy have been presented. The interconnection between the macro-, meso-, and micro-levels of Ukraine’s economic system in the context of developing a resilient smart economy has also been explored. The article has also outlined positive expected results of Ukraine’s economic system transformation within the development of a resilient Smart economy. The article examines the issue of the transformation of the economic system of Ukraine in the context of military aggression, economic challenges, integration into the EU and NATO, as well as the need for rapid post-war recovery. The need to build a resilient smart economy as an effective development model that combines the ability to function sustainably in the context of external and internal threats using digital, innovative and environmental tools is substantiated. The key factors of the transition to a resilient smart model at the macro-, meso- and micro-levels of the economic system are identified, the conditions for implementing such a transformation are analyzed, and indicators for assessing its effectiveness are provided. The tools for forming a resilient smart economy are outlined, the relationships between the levels of the economic system of Ukraine are revealed, as well as the expected positive results of its transformation. The prospects for further research are the analysis of the features of the transformation of individual components of the socio-economic system of Ukraine within the framework of the transition to a resilient smart model of development.
