АРХІТЕКТУРА ВИБОРУ В УМОВАХ НЕВИЗНАЧЕНОСТІ: ПОВЕДІНКОВИЙ ДИЗАЙН РОБОЧОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті досліджується вплив архітектури вибору та поведінкового дизайну як релевантних інструментів поведінкової корекції на ефективність персоналу у сучасному динамічному робочому середовищі. Проаналізовано дослідження, які ставлять під сумнів класичну економічну концепцію ідеально раціонального працівника, доводячи, що реальні рішення залежать від когнітивних фільтрів та взаємодії інтуїтивної та аналітичної систем мислення. Спираючись на принципи лібертаріанського патерналізму та поведінкову економіку, обґрунтовано можливість організацій спрямовувати працівників до кращого вибору без обмеження їхньої свободи вибору. Аналіз кейсів глобальних компаній (Google, The Kraft Heins Company, NTT Data, Virgin Atlantic) підтверджує, що впровадження поведінкових корекцій, гейміфікації та персоналізованих підказок покращує не тільки фінансову стійкість бізнесу, але й психологічний стан персоналу. Практичним результатом запропоновано покроковий алгоритм поведінкових корекцій, що може слугувати фундаментом для подальших досліджень.
