МАРКЕТИНГ У ПРОЄКТНОМУ УПРАВЛІННІ СТАЛИМ РОЗВИТКОМ УРБАНІЗОВАНИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ: КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ПІДХОДИ ТА ПРАКТИЧНІ РІШЕННЯ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню інтеграції маркетингового підходу в систему проєктного управління сталим розвитком урбанізованих територій. Окремо систематизовано сучасні концепції сталого розвитку урбанізованих територій та визначено можливості їх поєднання з маркетинговими технологіями. На основі порівняльного аналізу міжнародних практик виявлено ефективні стратегії для підвищення інвестиційної привабливості та екологічної стійкості міських просторів. Запропоновано напрями адаптації досвіду ЄС до українських реалій. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному підході до розгляду маркетингу як інтегральної складової стратегічного планування сталого розвитку. Практичне значення полягає у можливості використання результатів дослідження органами місцевого самоврядування та проектними менеджерами.
